1. Three eggs filled with melted tres quesos, anyone?

It's Tuesday, and Eagle Rock's most innovative Mexican mom-and-pop restaurant, the Baja California-inspired Cacao Mexicatessen, begins its five-day workweek, starting with breakfast at 8:30 a.m., followed by a happy hour from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. during which tacos de la calle can be had for as little as $1.65 and taquitos de mole poblano for $2.95. 1576 Colorado Blvd., (323) 478-2791.

2. Chamber of Commerce board meeting mixer

The Eagle Rock Chamber of Commerce is holding a board meeting at 12 noon today at the Solheim Lutheran Home, 2236 Merton Ave., with a business mixer to follow.

3. What's happening later this week?

4. Is your child joining Eagle Rock High School as a seventh-grader on Aug. 13?
