Don’t Miss Fourth of July Fireworks Tonight

CD 14 invites you to the 4th Annual Northeast L.A. Concert and Fireworks in Eagle Rock Sunday.

Some 7,000 people showed up last year. Roughly the same number is expected today, Sunday—never mind the high-pressure system in Death Valley that’s unleashing a heat wave across the Southland.

If you live in Eagle Rock or nearby, you probably know the event—or should: The 4th Annual Northeast L.A. Concert and Fireworks Show, held at the Eagle Rock Recreation Center (also known as Eagle Rock Park), located at 1100 Eagle Vista Dr., off the 134 freeway and near North Figueroa Street.

Sponsored by Councilmember José Huizar and the Eagle Rock Chamber of Commerce, the show will feature live music, booths, games and fireworks. Ronnie & the Classics will play the greatest hits from the 50s and 60s—you know how all that music is coming back, don’t you?
