Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council's New Adversaries
Flood waters may have interrupted traffic on the 710 but not this show of support for a plan to extend the freeway by an underground tunnel near Eagle Rock.
The Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council's unanimous Dec. 8 vote against a CALTRANS plan to extend the 710 freeway through a 4.5-mile tunnel evidently did nothing to discourage the project's true beneficiaries.
