Last Seen on Eagle Rock Boulevard, 'The Joint' Reappears

A close cousin of the cigar-shaped vehicle is spotted in Atwater Village.

The Eastsider called it "The Joint"—a sleek, cigar-shaped, silver-colored vehicle that was last seen moving north on Eagle Rock Boulevard through Glassell Park.

"Is it a car? Is it a motorcycle?" asked the regional blog, adding: "Perhaps The Joint will be rolling your way soon."

Anyone intrigued by The Joint would probably be interested to know that it has a close cousin—an arguably sleeker rocket-shaped vehicle with red wheels and a airplane-like propellor surrounded by red lights in the rear. (See attached video.)

The vehicle, which is much roomier than The Joint and evidently has the same owner, was spotted Friday morning in Atwater Village. It was parked along the L.A. River, across from Eat cafe on Los Feliz Boulevard, not too far from Glassell Park. A waitress at the cafe said the vehicle's owner, Baron Margo, is a regular customer.
