Trying To Stay Secure In Eagle Rock?

This Mazda "Rotary Wagon"—a make no longer manufactured—has its front and rear left wheels locked on the corner of Eagle Rock Boulevard and Las Colinas Avenue, near restaurant.

Editor's note: The title of this photograph has been changed to reflect the concerns of some readers that it might be the owner of the car who has locked its wheels, possibly for security reasons. (The original title may have appeared to suggest that city authorities locked the wheels.) At least one reader has also mentioned seeing the wheels locked for years—so we've done away with the observation that the car has been this way for "at least the past week."
