Out-of-Work Artist Who Hates Monday

Wayne Chronister relies on people who don't exactly relish the end of the weekend.

The last time Patch featured unemployed Eagle Rock artist Wayne Chronister looking for some charity on the crossing of Eagle Rock Boulevard and El Paso Drive was on Halloween in 2011. His main message then, next to a painting of a jack-o-lantern, was the same as the one on Monday morning: Help for an "out of work artist." This time around, however, Chronister is relying on the wily comics-strip cat Garfield to communicate what many of us feel on Mondays as we head to work.
