Photos: Impromptu Art Walk on Eagle Rock Boulevard
A welcome surprise in the neighborhood on Saturday night.
Eagle Rock photographer Herb West happened upon an impromptu "Art Walk / Music" gathering on Eagle Rock Boulevard Saturday night in the vicinity of Ohana Style L.A., Cuculapraline Frenchic and Pie Eyes Boutique.
Jael Bolender of Cuculapaline Frenchic (aka Cucu Art Gallery) identified the violin player in the attached photos as David Strother and the DJ as Ron Kane. "Mr. Kane favored a nice mix of music from the 60s, 70s and 80s," says West. "Mr. Strother played magnificently on his electric violin."
