This year’s art benefit is the Center’s 10th, scheduled on Sunday, April 22, from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Center members and VIPs can preview auction items from 2 p.m to 3 p.m.) No less than 150 artists are participating, including many from Northeast L.A. Tickets are $40 at the door and $30 if prepaid by April 16.

What’s special about this year’s auction is that it’s being held online, ahead of the April 22 D-Day. The online auction kicked off Monday, April 9 and will continue until Thursday, April 19. Not only can you get a sneak peek at the fabulous works of art—many of them carrying bargain prices—but you can place advance bids. Those who won’t be able to attend the April 22 auction can place proxy bids online.
