"I'll Be Your Baby Tonight" - Love themed exhibit, Poetry and Music at Cactus Gallery!
We look forward to seeing you this Saturday, February 11, 7-10pm for the Opening Reception for "I'll Be Your Baby Tonight," Cactus Gallery's Love themed exhibit.
In conjunction with Northeast Los Angeles NELAart.org's Second Saturday Gallery Night.
The show runs from February 11 to March 6, 2012. The heart is the CORE of one's being and love seems to be universally depicted with the symbol of a heart. This group show features original work that depicts love and most pieces incorporate a heart - whether anatomically or symbolically.
You will find acrylics and oils on canvas and wood, ceramics, paper mache, watercolors, pen and ink drawings, mosaic, felt dolls, assemblage, custom wood cuts, embroidery and many mixed media works.
