Roughly two weeks after The Eagle Rock Rock and Eagle Shop closed its doors on June 3, tags have appeared on the vacant store’s doors and windows, signifying yet again the neighborhood’s vulnerability to graffiti—even on a major street such as Eagle Rock Boulevard.

It probably is no deterrent to taggers that 4765 Eagle Rock Blvd., where The Eagle Rock Rock and Eagle Shop thrived as a pop-up store for two months, is located near a busy gas station, not to mention directly next to the office of a private detective who also happens to be on the board of the .
