Update:
The eastbound 134 freeway transition road to the westbound 210 is unlikely to open before 11 a.m. because Caltrans is performing extensive reparis to the guardrail along the route, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Motorists who want to take the westbound 210 Foothill transition to the westbound 210 freeway, however, aren't facing any roadblocks on their drive. And there are no serious backups on the eastbound commute either.
"There's a little bit of slowing of traffic as you approach the 210 but no major delays," said CHP Officer Francisco Villalobos. The closure of the freeway transition area has been "going on for quite a while and people are planning for it."

The California Highway Patrol says the northbound 710 Freeway transition road to the Foothill (210) Freeway in Pasadena is now open.
It was shut down because of an accident earlier this morning, when a big rig with two trailers loaded with clothes jackknifed, separated and overturned on the eastbound Ventura (134) Freeway transition to the westbound Foothill (210) Freeway in Pasadena.
The eastbound Ventura (134) Freeway transition road to the westbound Foothill (210) Freeway remains closed.

A big rig with two trailers loaded with clothes jackknifed, separated and overturned this morning on the eastbound Ventura (134) Freeway transition to the westbound Foothill (210) Freeway in Pasadena, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The semi and a trailer slid over the Foothill interchange onto the northbound 710 Freeway while the second trailer continued on its side to the westbound Foothill Freeway, according to the CHP and a video photographer.
No injuries were reported as a result of the accident, which occurred during wet weather.
The CHP shut down the eastbound Ventura Freeway transition to the
westbound Foothill Freeway. The semi and trailer broke through a guardrail,
and Caltrans was making repairs.
