Overnight showers led to a crisp morning in Eagle Rock Tuesday—a perfect time to take a leisurely stroll on Colorado Boulevard. But you have to wonder if the view west from Colorado would have been better without the American Apparel billboard (they're everywhere in the area, from Figueroa to Verdugo and beyond) framed against the brilliant blue sky.
