A steady spit of rain couldn't dampen spirits during the 68th Annual Northeast Los Angeles Holiday Parade.
Students, community groups, public servants and, of course, Norky the Peneagle, all made their way down North Figueroa Street on Sunday afternoon to the delight of a large audience.
