INFO: For those trying CrossFit for the first time, we understand that it can be intimidating. There are a lot of unfamiliar things; strange acronyms, blackboards with names and numbers, workouts that are identified by womens names...and where the heck are all of the
Nautilus weight machines?

The Build UP Series (Beginning Series) was created to address this issue and create a foundation to build our athletes future in fitness.

Designed for energetic newcomers, the Build UP Series shows you the ropes, introducing you to the fundamental movements, concepts and techniques of CrossFit in a supportive and encouraging environment.

The series is your ramp up to the high energy classes that are aimed at improving stamina, strength, power, agility, speed and improving overall health and fitness goals. This is the safest and surest way for anyone new to CrossFit to get started.

Our Beginning CrossFit series consists of 6 classes over the course of 2 weeks.

Once you have completed the Beginning CrossFit Series you will have a good foundation on the basics and be able to continue your skill and athletic development in our CrossFit Classes.

Consistency is vital and we encourage members to come at least 3 classes per week. You will see noticeable progress in your fitness lifestyle as we continue to perfect technique and improve your athletic skill.
