IGNITE MY LIFE! Book Club and Accountability

 Remember how excited you were when you were a kid and you thought about the great things you'd do when you were a grown up? "I'm going to help all the hungry
people" or "I'm going to save homeless pets" or even "I'm going to
eat ice cream every day!"  Do you still have that
enthusiasm, that commitment to fulfilling your dreams, your passions?  Do you wish you had the commitment and determination to do all the things you dreamed you would?

 Do you even remember what they are??

 Let's ignite the twin realms of Passion and Purpose, for
each fuels the other.  Without Passion, Purpose will never
be fulfilled. Without Purpose, Passion runs amok or lies dormant. 
Together, we will activate Purpose and Passion using these simple
tools: 

* Breath

* Reading

* Writing 

* Leadership practice

* Group Accountability

 We will get Present with Breath, get fired up by reading the Fire Starter Sessions by Danielle LaPorte, get personal by writing our own personal Purpose and Passion plans and get committed by practicing Leadership.

 We will meet weekly for 15 weeks, Sept. 9 - Dec. 16 at a local place TBD (Eagle Rock-Glendale-Pasadena), depending on location of who's in.  You're welcome to
join by video Skype, if you aren't local or can’t get out to the
meeting.

 COMMITMENTS:

*Purchase the book Fire Starter Sessions by Danielle LaPorte
(wherever you like, used copies available on Amazon; I get no commissions!)

 *Reading 15-30 pages per week

 *Daily journaling (at least one page)

 *SHOWING UP once a week, for one hour

 *Reporting successes each mid-week on the Ignite My Life (closed group) Facebook page

 *Taking turns facilitating.  This means, on a rotating
basis, you will lead:

-the week's breath exercise (easy examples provided),
leading

-the chapter discussion (there are book club guides online),
and

-posting encouragements on the Facebook page
