Just found out that Eagle Rock Patch editor Ajay Singh is being reassigned, which I see as a big mistake.
I wonder if the powers that be at Patch realize what an asset Ajay has been to their organization. He was the face of his news site and is a trusted and reliable source of news for the local community he served.
We all relied on him for our local scoops. He was always present at various events and was well liked and had become a vital part of the community that everyone knew.
As a semi-retired photo journalist who covered the Northeast area for over a half century, I saw Ajay as well versed and knowledgeable in his coverage of local events and activities.
Although sometimes controversial, he kept residents apprised of what was happening in their backyard. I could go on complimenting his work but his record speaks for itself. Best of luck Ajay, stay in touch with us!
