Community Update

I am the resident of 1700 block of college view and have been living in this neighborhood since 1986.My house got burglarized and ransacked today.i took my wife to LAX about 1:00pm,and evidently, been seeing 
  in taking luggages to the car.
I found out the house was totally ransacked when I came home around 5 PM.
i tried to call LAPD NE Division.The phone number was not handy ,so I called 411 , which didn't help at all by answering with computer and keep misinterpreting your voice. Then, I googled the LAPD web page and call the number on the page. Guess what, the number on the page is a disconnected number !!.
I finally reached them by calling 911, which I been told I should not do because it's not emergency......Police finally came about two  hours afterwards. I mentioned the phone problem to him and he said that they changed the number for two years already!
