Eagle Rock resident Mo Oxford, captain of the local Neighborhood Watch committee on Alumni Avenue, reports on the NELAList listserv sent out daily by the Arroyo Seco Neighborhood Council that there was a hit and run accident near Occidental College on Tuesday, May 21.
A light blue pickup truck ran the stop sign at Paulhan and Avenue 46, colliding with another vehicle and resulting in significant damage to it, Oxford says.
The alleged hit and run vehicle, which had chrome wheels, had front-end damage and possibly damage to one side, she says, adding: “The victim believes the license plate began with 4J. If you recognize the vehicle, please give LAPD a call.”
