Fire Damages Eagle Rock Home

Part of the second floor of a home in Eagle Rock burned extensively before firefighters put it out Saturday, a fire official said.

Firefighters were dispatched to 5318 Waldo Place at 10:48 a.m. and had the fire out at 11:06 a.m., said Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles City Fire Department.

Humphrey said no injuries were reported.
