The Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council(ERNC), Land Use and Planning Committe (LUPC) will meet on Thursday at 7:00 pm to 10:00pm.
The meeting is open to the public and allows Public comments on any land use issue you may have.
The Committee represents all districts within the ERNC and hears representations from Developers, Petioners and Stakeholders regarding Contruction, Development, Restorations, Appplications for Alcohol License, Change of Use and New Building Projects Etc. that are within the ERNC.

The committee then rules in favor or against(Advisory) the project and sends it to the Full Board of the ERNC for approval or disapproval.
The LUPC coordinates with the Planning Department of the City
