‘Get Out the Vote Call Party’ on Eagle Rock Boulevard Saturday

To help re-elect President Obama, MoveOn.org is calling on people to get together at 12 noon on Eagle Rock Boulevard and Avenue 40.

MoveOn.org, the public policy advocacy group and political action committee that organizes people to fight Congressional battles and help elect candidates who reflect the organization’s progressive values, is hosting a campaign gathering Saturday, ahead of the Nov. 6 presidential election.

The event, part of a nationwide campaign drive to help re-elect President Barack Obama, is scheduled to be held at the intersection of Eagle Rock Boulevard and Avenue 40 at 12 noon on Nov. 3, according to the MoveOn.org website.

The meeting point is located just across Eagle Rock's border with Glassell Park, about two blocks south of the Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market, near the U.S. Post Office. (See attached map.)
