It was almost surely a coincidence that this photographer saw a large van with government license plates parked in front of an expired meter up the street from the the same day that he spotted a symbol on one of the library’s walls. A close look at the photograph just might suggest that Eagle Rock is the new setting for the age-old spy game—or perhaps the real-life counterpart to NBC's Chuck TV show (set in Burbank).
