Unfed Parking Meter At American Legion
This one went under Parking Enforcement's radar.
The American Legion parking lot on the corner of Merton Avenue and Caspar Avenue is bound to be full Friday during the Eagle Rock Farmers Market late-evening hours. Yesterday, however, a lone Jeep got away with an unfed parking meter at around 7:45 p.m., an hour and 15 minutes before the 9 p.m. deadline for feeding the meters.
