Congressman Xavier Becerra's Senior Citizen Townhall

In these difficult economic times, it is important that older Americans are aware of their finances and cost-saving options that can save them money on everyday living expenses.  This townhall, which is free to the public, will put seniors on the path to becoming advocates for themselves with presentations on important topics such as how to manage your finances when living on a limited income and how to protect oneself from becoming targets of fraud.  Additionally, there will be information booths on resources that are available especially for seniors that range from public social services to utilities assistance programs.
