Blowout Weekend Summer Sale on Eagle Rock Boulevard

Three Eagle Rock boutiques located within a few blocks of each other on Eagle Rock Boulevard are teaming up this coming weekend for a summer blowout sale starting Friday.

The boutiques—, and —are offering a range of clothes, shoes, handbags and jewelry at temptingly slashed prices, from 11 a.m. through 6 p.m. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

In November 2011, the three boutiques were among 10 stores on Eagle Rock Boulevard that participated in Eagle Rock’s first-ever Small Business Saturday Block Party. Many of the retailers reported record sales on that single Saturday night since the 2008 “Great Recession” first decimated local shopping traffic.  

Here’s what shoppers can expect this weekend:

• MediaNoche is offering up to 80 percent off on men’s and women’s hats as well as apparel. Summer hats start at $10 and women’s summer dresses start at $40. Other items include long-sleeves button-up shirts for men from the Scott Weiland Collection by English Laundry and Cheap Monday men’s denims. Minni Maloom dresses as well as Yumi Kim tank tops and dresses for women will also be on sale.

• Letters from LA is offering up to 80 percent off on summer styles, $20 and $40 sale baskets, plus 50 percent off on all Cynthia Vincent sandals.

• Lady is offering spring and summer clothing, jewelry, handbags and shoes at 50 percent off.

As an added bonus, shoppers who mention a “secret word” will receive an additional 10 percent off on all sale items. The word: Eagle.
