Formerly founded and known as the Eagle Rock Community Cultural Center, the Center for the Arts, Eagle Rock, is a nonprofit organization located in the historic 1914 Carnegie Library whose building has long been famous for its Spanish-style mission revival architecture. Best known for its art openings, eclectic gallery exhibitions, education programs and special events, including those concerning community affairs, the center also is a popular facility for concerts, dance performances, weddings, birthday parties, fundraisers, receptions and corporate functions.
