In every way, sir michaels is the worst of the worst. For my wedding, they delivered FILTHY chairs which the bridal party had to clean. They also brought the wrong tables, linens, plates, UNWASHED drinking glasses, and the rudest most unprofessional staff there is. In speaking to michael after the event, he deflected all responsibility and refused to speak to me or follow through on any of his many promises to compensate for a ruined affair. This place is truly the worst there is. Not to mention the rude and uniformed nasty Stacy who "works" there. This place is awful.
I've used Sir Michaels for a number of events for the last 5 years. Like most rental companies, their stuff has been around, but it was fine. The person who delivers to my area was very nice, and has helped me carry everything up to my roof deck without complaining, which I thought was pretty amazing!
I take online reviews with a grain of salt, seems like people who feel slighted are the first to write a review. Not to say they are wrong, but no business can be around for years if they provide such awful service to everyone. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use Sir Michaels.
